I order from there at 11:47 thinking I’m get my food but it hasn’t come and I would like a free sandwiches that I pay for or my money back
My order is ridiculously wrong every single time I order online. Regardless of the notes I add. It never fails. ? just disappointed.
I patronize this subway often due to it being close to work and although it 's a franchise, I 'm never disappointed. The two people that run it do a very good job and are very hard workers. The woman always greets me with a Hello dear, how are you? And always is happy to serve. They provide quick and neat sandwiches and the establishment is always well stocked and well kept. Keep up the good work !
As I was greeted, I said I would like to see the Tuesday Sub on Wheat. The employee asked me if I wanted a 6 or 12 inch. I thought the daily functions were all 6 inch subs. But I told him 6. The employee then asked me what kind of bread I wanted. See the above paragraph. So once again I told him my choice of bread. He then began to make me a tuna sandwich while the Tuesday function is the oven roasted chicken. After I corrected him, he put most tuna from my sandwich in the bowl from which he smiled. After that he continued, the piece of oven roasted chicken into the same role that still had some tuna on it. I had to ask for a new role, or I wouldn't have got one. This is part of the worst customer service anyone could ever hope for. I'm terribly disappointed.
