Feedback gevenThis place was the worst since the renovations. I came here every week, but I can't stand the new manager Frankie. He was very aggressive to customers and his staff and even fought with a customer before me. I hope William will come back soon.
Always very tasty, authentic and consistent. The staff is very attentive (both counters sit down). The manager is on the ball! Recommended.
Ordered a large Buffalo pizza and they was sure to tell me its 32 dollars but did not tell me they changed it to a square pizza that was.almost half the size with less surface area so less chicken and cheese. Mostly bread
OUR DELIVERY TOOK AN HOUR AND HALF ON A FRIDAY AT 12 IN THE AFERNOON. OUR FOOD WAS COLD, THE SALAD TASTED LIKE ALL THE INGREDIANTS WERE EXPIRED OR NOT STORED PROPERLY AND THE BREAD SENT WITH THE FOOD WAS ACTUALLY STILL RAW. THERE HERO'S BREAD WAS BURNT, NOT TOASTED AND COLD. USED TO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AL THE TIME, WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN. THE DRESSING IS LITERALLY THE ONLY THING THAT WAS STILL GOOD.
After having a little Mini-Golf (across the street at Batters Up LI) event for my daughter's birthday, we headed over to Gino's Restaurant to have dinner. We had roughly 18 people including 7 kids. I called them a day before to give them a heads up with the plans. Before we finished with Mini-Golf I ordered the food for event. 5 various pies, appetizers and salads. Everything was prepared perfectly and ready when my guests arrived. They setup enough tables so everyone was comfortable as well. They even put the cake I brought in the refrigerator, cut it and served to my guests. The staff completely out did themselves! My daughter's birthday was a success! Thank you again to the staff at Gino's Restaurant!!
