Subway - Bettendorf

This is my 3nd time trying to use the drive thru but there is always someone parked there. I have 2 little kids in the car so I can't leave them alone.

$17 for a meal. It's a sandwich! Friendly staff, clean store. But 1 person eats for $17, should have went to a restaurant for almost $20. Could have gotten a nice burger or pasta dish. ?17 for a sandwich, chips and med drink? Bread, cold cuts, lettuce, mayo. Sandwiches at home from now on. Am I wrong?

The food was good, but it doesn't look like they followed instructions as to what we wanted on the sandwiches and what we did not want on the sandwiches.

Drive thru never open. This is on my way home from work and would be convenient to get on the way home but drive thru is always closed.

Ordered a roasted chicken salad and was told they do not carry packet dressing and they did not offer any thing in replace. Not many people eat salad with out dressing. Asked for a plastic knife to cut salad and was also told they don't have knives. Staff did not offer to cut salad. Pop machine had water running on floor through dining area. Tables were dirty. Poor service could be from young staff working.
