I tried pandesal for the first time at this bakery. The price was good, the bread was fresh and really delicious. The bakery is very clean and the service is good.
I used to purchase bread and baked goods from this restaurant 3 to 4 times a week. On Saturdays, they serve Filipino dishes, so I decided to try the crispy pata (pork knuckle) this time. It was a disaster! The meat was still raw inside. I informed one of the owners about my experience, but they refused to refund or compensate me. This was poor customer service. They may have kept their $9, but they lost a loyal customer who spent $20-30 there weekly. Disappointing.
I used to drop in here occasionally for a pan de adobo, but their opening times never quite matched up with when I was going to work - they have now gone, and are being replaced by an as yet unnamed pizza place.
