Very poor service, not professional, long time wait

Burger is the very first thing comes to my head once I want a meal. I have tried different sort of burger in various places. Umami's is among the best place I have had my rather burger

Our waiter Kevin was phenomenal and he took the time to explain how the food is cooked and what pairs well with the food since it was my boyfriend first time there celebrating his birthday ..the mac.n cheese delicious along with a red ruby greyhound refreshing

This was the 2nd time I have been here and it was nothing short of great. I brought my grandmother and she absolutely happy with the service we received!

Ruth's happy hour at the Beverly Hills location is great. The Wait staff is great and the burger and shrimp are always amazing. If you go in, be sure to see Caleb...He is my favorite Waiter and gives the best service.
