Feedback gevenI have visited this restaurant twice now, despite not being a local. Each time I have tried something new and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the value for money. My dining companions have also enjoyed their meals. The portions are generous, the presentation is meticulous, and you can tell that the meals are prepared with passion and pride. The Vietnamese influence brings fresh flavors and exotic spices that leave you feeling satisfied without feeling heavy. The service is exceptional, with head chef Ho even taking the time to make recommendations and ensure the customers are well taken care of. I will definitely be visiting again soon!
I want to thank Ho and the team at Saigon Tiger for always providing delicious food and excellent service. I just wish we lived closer so we could dine there more frequently. Keep up the great work with the food, and I can't wait to try your new dishes!
I really enjoy this restaurant, especially for lunch. Their lunch specials offer great value and the flavors are fantastic. During my visit, the staff were the owners themselves, who happily chatted with us and explained the origins of their dishes, as well as what sets their Vietnamese cuisine apart from others. While dinner prices are slightly higher, they are still reasonable. The decor is pleasant, with unique artwork that sparks interesting conversations. The majority of the seats are from Costco, but I hope they have upgraded to the durable and comfortable ones. Overall, I love dining here.
I have dined at this restaurant several times in the past 12 months. Every time I have been there the food has been full of flavour, prepared with care by a chef dedicated to presenting imaginative and unique dishes which has resulted in a loyal and dedicated following from people in the area and deserving of a trip across town to those from other parts of Sydney
I've eaten at this restaurant many times since it opened and I've never been disappointed. My favourite dish is the Vegan Pho a fresh, clean taste and unbelievable value for money. The Betal Leaf entree is also a standout dish, but really, I've enjoyed every item on the menu. The ingredients are always top quality and the combinations interesting and unusual, but work together excellently. It is a small suburban venue, so there is no problem with parking, and there is a train station across the road, making the journey from the city only 15 minutes at most. The owner/chef and all the staff are pleasant and happy to offer suggestions if asked. This is, without question, my favourite Sydney restaurant.
