The Boathouse Carvery - Bexley

The veggie Wellington was terrible. Two squares of underdone pastry half filled with peppers and onions. Brussels were frozen. Better without if they xsnt get fresh. And no parking. Very expensive. Wouldn't go again.

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere and surroundings are pleasant. Outdoor seating is available with beautiful views.

Came here one Saturday evening for a family wedding. The venue was nicely decorated and the staff looked very smart. Getting a drink at the bar was easy enough and the food that was bought out was delicious. We had a great night

First time that we had been here. Absolutely blown away with the service and the food. The staff couldn't be more accommodating, there were 5 of us with 2 small children and there was plenty of room for buggies and highchairs. The vegetarian option was very tasty, all in all a happy well fed family. We will be back !!

The carvery at this restaurant is not as impressive as the one at other chains known for their lavish yorkshires. The vegetables were average, but the cauliflower cheese was delicious. The setting and service are good, which makes it a worthwhile visit. For £21.95, you can get two courses, and the dessert was delicious with all the classic options for a winter Sunday menu.
