Feedback gevenTo fourth in st. meinrad, I first time, from talk to others with very high expectations! these expectations were far exceeded and underestimated after my uptake with 16 GM points! the restaurant beautiful and tastefully decorated. in large distances, private talks no problem. the service highly competent, attentive but discreet, the advice of the sommelierin profund and their recommendations absolutely fit the courses! the kitchen small, it borders on a wonder what fabian fuchs with his help on the table enchants! begins with the brot, butter, the gruss from the kitchen, the individual walks. fish and meat with vegetable components, crumbling, even me as a coriander suspect, who slept among the crumbs, had to revise my prejudice against this herb. especially note the 4th floor, a derecote from the ennetbürgen rind, delicate, but still strong in taste and well seasoned! but every walk is an experience and with a 6-speed walk 3 h unfortunately too fast. the prices for the wall and quality rather at the lower edge! st. meinrad is one of my absolute top 3 in the wide region. retaurant with 19 GM-Punketn in the region zürich can learn from fabian fuchs and his crew! still to ask: wlan in such a restaurant does not need to eat ambiente and let the outside world forget!
We were to eat four it was very good. we find it super great when young gastronomics are dealing with this materie and really look where the products come from.We enjoyed the 8 course menu and were very enthusiastic.We are coming back soon.
Ambiente, despite the highest cuisines, not stiff, but extremely pleasant and relaxed. service very warm, incredibly competent and attentive, super! fantastic creative cuisine, where much is placed on local products. Personally, I very much appreciate that the products and dishes are also well explained. you have to have fun on such experiences. who simply wants to spend an undisturbed evening and eat it as a second-level, the lucullic stage may perhaps feel something too intellectual. besides the food we had above all joy at the exquisite wine tasting. Conclusion: one of the top restaurants in zürich, ultra-creatiw, local products considering, sympathetic-released. I'm sure we'll be back.
We were in the equi table for the second time. the food was excellent and tastefully very diverse. the portions were right. we had a five-course-menue with wine-guiding, which were very well adapted to the courses. what we like here is the mix between cozy dining room and pointed kitchen. you just feel comfortable here. thank you to the team. you do a great job!
We've seen 6 passages vegetarian - just divine! super creative cuisine, beautifully decorated and charmingly served. the unscrupulous ambiente and the appreciation for local products was fascinating. not cheap but every franc twice worth it! go, go, go, go, sleep!
