The food overall deserves a perfect score of 5 out of 5; everything we tried was delicious and expertly prepared. The service was attentive and friendly, earning a solid 4 out of 5, although there were moments where a bit more attention could have enhanced the experience. The atmosphere also rated a 4, offering a cozy and inviting space that's perfect for a relaxed meal. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by for lunch—especially to try the cheese platter!

The pork prime rib was juicy and had a lovely smoky flavor, complemented by cheese spaetzle. I also tried the Tyrol grostl, which consisted of potatoes and roasted lamb pieces topped with duck eggs. The eggs added a creamy richness that blended well with the meat; however, I would have preferred a little more lamb and fewer potatoes in the dish. Now, on to the dessert: if you're a fan of huckleberries, the huckleberry crumble is a must-try. Made with cooked huckleberries and topped with oats, it was wonderfully fragrant, although I could only manage a couple of bites. The ice cream served with it did help tone down the strong aroma. The chocolate torte was reminiscent of a flourless cake; it wasn’t overly sweet, but the addition of nuts and ice cream gave it a nice texture and flavor. Overall, I would definitely return to this restaurant the next time I'm in the area.
