Mcdonald's - Big Stone Gap

The McDonald's in Big Stone Gap,VA is not a good place to get food. They say breakfast all day and when we went through the drive thru it went a few minutes to 11:00 we started ordering the breakfast and they changed the menu right after we started ordering and then said that it no longer serves breakfast. It was dirty and low for someone to have breakfast all day. Never. You have a good COSTERMER TODAY.

I've been sitting here for almost 20 minutes. not to mention that they get our order almost any daring time. Step, manager.

Excellent service in the Drive-Thru. Good food, too.

A very good service. They put two lower rolls as my sandwich. The food was cold. You forgot my sauce as normal. Then I'll call the manager. Painful.

Best McDs in Wise co. They might get busy but the customer service here is by far better then mcds in wise. I drive to Big stone from Norton each time. Staff and managers are super nice. Would highly recommend. Thanks and ur appreciated for everything you do for the customers. ??
