Smokehouse Bbq Brews - BIRD IN HAND

One of the best BBQ experiences I've had! I ordered the three meat combo platter, and it did not disappoint. The brisket was incredibly tender, the pulled pork was flavorful, and the fried chicken was crispy without being overly battered, staying moist inside. The ribs were fantastic too. My only slight drawback was that I found the baked beans to be a bit too vinegary for my taste. Overall, it was a delicious meal! We arrived at 5 PM on a Saturday night and had no problem getting a table.

Great place!!!! Food was delicious, reasonably priced, Friendly staff, huge clean bathroom, and an awesome gift shop. I recommend this place to everyone.

Outstanding experience overall! Jen and Blake provided exceptional service. We've dined here twice, and both times the barbecue and side dishes were delicious. We're particularly fond of the local beer options, especially the IPAs on tap. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to both locals and tourists!

The food and service are excellent. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. The building has a pleasant ambiance and a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

Excellent BBQ. My half rack of ribs was more like a 3/4 rack. The meat fell off the bone and was extremely flavorful and I didn't need to use any of the sauces. My wife's brisket was tender, moist and flavorful and she said it was delicious. I also enjoyed the craft beer. The waitress was friendly, attentive and frequently checked in with us to make sure we not lacking for anything. We don't live in the area, but we are here frequently to visit family, and you guys are definitely one of our dinner stops when we are in the area. Thanks for the excellent experience.
