Carters is most definitely a go to spot for you and your girls if you’re having a girls night or the guys to go and hang, shoot pool and have GREAT drinks! The service was awesome and the owner CeCe has a wonderful personality and awesome service. It’s a great atmosphere and most def a VIBE! If you have not yet Go check it out. They have the best lemon pepper chicken wings that I have taste in Birmingham. Great place to have a cocktail and some wings
