Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Me my family love a good Burger !!! An that’s exactly what we got at Freddy’s today!!! An the cashier was the sweetest! Her name is Kira I believe.

Stopped by to get some food I dined in and I was instantly greeted with a Welcome to Freddy’s. I ordered a grilled cheese steak burger and it was delicious the burger was hot and fresh the fires were hot and very seasoned. I was having a hard time trying to order and pay today at around 4pm ish and the cashier and manager were so patient with me. I have been to this Freddy's sergeant times, and though the service has been good, this was my best experience yet.

I enjoyed fresh cooked thin burgers, jalapeños buger, what I liked, cheese curds not worth up charge, but onion rings yummy worth up charge 25 cents. Fries thin and wonderful enjoyed season salt provided. Great meal.

Is the “fast” part of fast food optional to you? Does getting what you ordered take some of the fun and mystery out of life? Do you want to watch 3-5 people stand around through a drive through window and have ample time to come up with backstory for each of them? If so, Freddy’s trussville is for you!We ordered from Freddy’s tonight and it wasn’t crowded, maybe 3 cars in the drive through. We had a bad experience here 6 months ago but everyone deserves a second chance, right?Well, fool me twice shame on me. It took a solid 30 mins to get our food and the order was wrong. Shame the service is so bad because you can tell a lot of thought and effort went into the franchise. Great premise, but absolutely awful execution.
