Rally's - Birmingham

This restaurant serves the most delicious burgers and fries, but the service is terrible. I witnessed a coworker smoking marijuana on the premises and lying about the closing time being at 10 o'clock when they were actually open until midnight. The coworkers' behavior was unprofessional.

I made a quick stop to get chickens and fries for my hungry child. I could not resist the Mozzarella cheese pens they were great! all hot and cooked to order.

The restaurant didn't look very clean, but the staff and the food were fantastic.

The food at this restaurant was wonderful, but the service was a bit slow. The staff were friendly, but the prices were a tad on the high side, although not excessively so.

On 3/16/22 approximately 11pm I ordered a few burgers and a fry at the drive through, when I got to the window to pay the lady was on her cellphone asking me to repeat my order, which I did. She rung it up then left my fries out then when I asked for my fries she told me to go back around the drive through cause she didn’t hear me. This place is horrible at night they need to be shut down. I blame the owners! Check on your business and that includes night shift!! And the lady walked around the restaurant with her belly out and it was very disturbing!!
