Gave my food to DoorDash, didn’t tell or call me. I asked when did the person leave, when are they gonna arrive. They said they didn’t know. When I asked if I can go up to get my money back, because I didn’t receive my food they said no. They said I had to go through DoorDash to get my money back. The problem with that is that ”” I”” didn’t go through DoorDash they did. I didn’t have an account. Didn’t even try to help me, wouldn’t even give me my money back, nor did they try to rectify their mistake. The manger and the worker I spoke to on the phone was so rude when I was asking much needed questions and kept brushing me off.
My wife and I ordered a pizza from the Pizza Hut on 12th st only to find out when we got home that the pizza wasn’t completely cooked. The crust was still doughy, the pepperoni wasn’t done and it was the wrong crust!

First things first, the Pizza Hut depicted. Here isn't no longer up and running or functioning. But the other pizza huts up North off state st. and down South 12th are and have one employee that is absolutely fabulous. She literally runs both stores simultaneously. Her name is Brandi Foley and she's probably the best thing to happen to pizza hut
