Mention of honor, in all the wide choice, goes to pizza Snow White, MIA pizza from now on, white with mozzarella, nuts, gorgonzola and apple GrannySmith: perfection.
A good pizza, thin and baked in wood oven that will be easy to digest thanks to the right leavening.... Fast service and friendly staff.
You have to try to understand.. on all courtesy from owners and employees, and pizzas are of another level, in Bitritto if we want a pizza there are only them for us

I'm sorry to vote, but tonight's pizza couldn't be called pizza. The crudaiola without rocket and ricotta hard, practically a daisy with pieces of raw tomato on it. Rape cream, norse, mushrooms and unmangiable strawberry. No stracciatella and norse salami stinking. Both pizzas were burned and although we had asked for a Neapolitan dough, the pizza was low and too crisp. We also asked for the pizza menu and making the calculations there is also an increased price of 1.50€ compared to what we took. Unconscious
