Have been here many times always have really good food whether it’s the amazing breakfasts or th3 fantastic baguettes with all good fillings would definitely recommend this plac3 to anyone.

Visited the Filling Station Cafe this morning. They serve a great workman’s breakfast. I had the wooden spoon breakfast and my partner had a bacon sany. Both were made as we ordered and very fresh. The establishment was very clean with a very helpful and friendly staff.

We originally stopped by for a coffee but ended up staying for lunch after seeing the affordable prices for the meals. The main meals were only £3.95, which was a pleasant surprise. We tried the faggots, chips, and peas, as well as the jacket potato with lamb and mint. The portions were generous, although the food took longer to arrive than expected. Despite this, the food was delicious. The only downside was the coffee, which could have been better. The restaurant was clean and well-lit, and the staff were friendly. The menu had a wide variety of options at great prices. Overall, we had a positive experience and plan on returning in the future.

Whilst awaiting our bus to Abergavenny my wife and I enjoyed a pleasant, cheap sandwich lunch, with cold drinks. The sandwiches arrived quickly and were well prepared. Having seen the meals, the portions appear to be very generous.
