Chanticlear Pizza - Blaine

Horrible service. I have ordered from them many times. This particular time my pizza looked like it was drug behind a car. I called and told them. They said they would send a new pie. I waited for an hour and called back. They said we forgot to put in my order.

Great pizza and service with a smile, but I can only afford it with the Thursday special.Kids love it when they cut the pizza in little squares.

They left their online orders open on the website for the 4th which is very deceiving when all locations except Fridley are actually closed. They should have temporarily turned off online orders so they didn’t take people’s money all day.

Ordered here a number of times and typically ok last time I ordered a large pepperoni and red pepper for carry out and was to be ready in 20 mins. Stopped in and pizza was not ready and they apologized and said 7 more minutes. Not a big deal but a little surprising as it was not busy at all. 9 mins later it was still another 5 mins which is now making me believe they never made it when the order was placed. They offered a gift for my troubles which I give them a lot credit for. Got home and instead of pepperoni and red pepper they made it with crush red pepper flakes which for us made it mostly not editable. I am sure I could have called and got it replaced but didn’t want to drive 30 mins back and forth considering we waited 35 mins already.

This is the place. Always great pizza, every time. You will not be disappointed!
