Feedback gevenThis restaurant used to be my favorite place to get pizza, but now they are starting to imitate Domino's. They only accept payment through their app, which can be inconvenient as it doesn't always work. Sometimes, customers are forced to call and provide their credit card number over the phone, which can be risky. The customer service representatives seem to be located in another country and may not have a good understanding of the menu or how busy the restaurant is. It's unclear if they have any idea about the restaurant's hours of operation. Additionally, there is a language barrier as English is not their primary language.
I placed an order at this restaurant and received something different. I called twice to resolve the issue and the manager claimed I had called during normal business hours. When I asked if they could fix my order, they suggested contacting them tomorrow for a discount or correction. The manager was very rude and should consider finding a new job. Thank you.
I will never order from this place again! My fiancée ordered online while she was working on Father's Day to surprise me and my children while we were playing in our pool. Unfortunately, the delivery driver dropped the pizza on our doorstep and didn't bother to ring the doorbell or wait for us to answer. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, the management started yelling so loudly that the phone was distorted. They did eventually resolve the order, but I will be reporting this incident to ensure that something is done to prevent future mishaps.
Nates customer service was from this world. I am also absolutely commanded by this papa johns again!
Probably won’t be ordering again from this store. They’ve messed up the last two orders we had with them. The first time they forgot items, this time they gave us two cheese breads instead of a cheese bread and wings.Worst part about this experience was that the manager working tonight was rude to us and then lied to us. He told us door dash would be delivering our order so we had to prepay — pretty sure door dash doesn’t bring a merchant copy of the receipt to have the customer apply a tip.Not even worth talking to the manager as he basically made it seem like he didn’t care about our business when he told me that it was his decision that our house was too far.Go order from broadway or a different store.
