Closed for good reason. 1+ hour, still no food. Crew was told place is closing. So.

Was there this Saturday around 0900. Food was luke warm when served . Waitress was annoyed by us asking for butter and hot sauce. I asked if they could grill my biscuit, she said she’d ask but they were probably too busy. Biscuit was not grilled when it came out. Crumbled into pieces when I tried to take a piece off. Asked for butter to try and soften it up. Did not help, it was just an old horrible tasting biscuit. Greek omelet had mostly spinach in it, hardly no feta. So much spinach, made it overpower the omelet. Had to drown it in hot sauce to make it edible. Waitress never came back to refill our water or coffee. She never came to check to see if we needed anything else. Never asked how our food was. I get that maybe they were short handed or something. Let your customers know. You still need to take care of your customers. The three of us spent over $60.00 for a crappy breakfast and left there thirsty. I had been to this restaurant a couple of years ago, and it was good. Kept meaning to get back there. What a disappointment. Waitress was an seasoned elderly lady. Not a brand new waitress, should have known how to treat customers. Reluctantly, gave her an average tip.

I'm going to miss this place. I've been coming here since 2006 and it's always been a nice place to get some good food. My favorites were the Chipped Beef on Toast (SOS), Peggy Sue Burger, and French Toast. Thanks for all the good food and good service.

My last meal at one of my favorite places in SV. Have loved the vibe, the food, the people! SO SORRY THAT IT IS CLOSING! Im here on the last day, and all I can say is I hope they change their minds. Love you guys and the true family, neighborhood atmosphere you created. Best of luck to you all ?

Good decent diner food but a little on the pricey side.
