Huge JJs type, loved to go in this special business, but in the last month or two it is the slowest jimmy john’s I ever had. I understand that new employees are starting more slowly and securing orders, but the lack of urgency from the sandwich line is sad. I hope these jjs can return to their former glory

I placed an order late at night, and although they were open, I ended up waiting a long time for delivery. After two hours, I decided to call and check on my order. When I did, they informed me that they had run out of broth, and as a result, all orders had been canceled. Unfortunately, by that time, all other restaurants were closed. I had paid online, and they told me I could expect a refund in three business days, but there’s no confirmation of this because my order status still says it's being prepared. We provide our phone numbers for a reason—to receive updates and communicate! This experience was very inconsiderate.

The delivery time is impressively quick, and the sandwiches not only look good but also taste great. I'm starting to think there might be some kind of magic or secret ingredient involved!

When I get the delivery from this place, something is almost always wrong. the worst things are when the mayo is as consistent as water and that once that comes it in a house about a block away. maybe a job-producer problem. these are the only jimmy johns in the city that gives me these problems. that's not just a few inconveniences. this has been in my present house for years and every time I command, I always expect at least one thing to go wrong.

Very rude, caddy, and terrible service. Came in and wasn’t even acknowledged for waiting 5 mins while no one else was in the building. Cashier/cook took my order and got mad when I asked for something different because I don’t like cold chicken even after apologizing. Got my sandwich slammed down and politely said thank you with no response.
