Cantaberry

Was very dissapointed. Took 30 mins to get seated, then waited over an hour for service that never came. People getting seated 30 mins after us got their food, but apparently sandwich and soup was too much to handle. The servers were not friendly at all. Horrible experience.

My family and I visited Cantaberry restaurant on 09/01/2024. We check in the restaurant at 1 pm party of 4.They took our number and said you will called in 45 minutes. We watched people get seated 2:30 pm, finally got seated. Then waiter took our order. Then took orders from other tables. 30 minutes later we noticed everyone had gotten their food except us. We had to get on the Express Sonics train that started boarding at 2:45 pm . I ask the waiter what 's taken so long. We have to catch the train. She said I don 't care about you 'll have to catch the the train, your order will be out when it 's ready. So rude and disgusting. We left. I told the waiter. We will never come to this restaurant again. I told her we will tell everyone we know about our experience. 3 hour and 30 minutes waiting on sandwiches. Salads and soups. We was the only black people in the restaurant. They intensely over looked us. It is so sad when people only see, the color of your skin and hate you for it.

The wait staff is dismissive and inattentive. I had to wait over an hour for my food to even come out, not including sitting at the table waiting to be acknowledged. My order came out wrong, but it still tasted good.

I really enjoyed going to this restaurant.The food was good and so was the atmosphere. We had a very nice waitress. It is on the square and we had the front table so we could see out onto the square. Parking: Parking is on the square or also another lot you can park in. There is at many close parking spaces. We parked on the opposite ide of square an the other lot is on the opposite side of the square down a side street.

Great lunch spot! Service is always efficient and the food is good. They have gluten free bread options. Dietary restrictions: They offer a variety of menu options. They have gluten free bread and vegetarian options. Parking: There are a variety of parking options in downtown Blue Ridge some are free, but most are paid. Definitely plan some time to find parking. Wheelchair accessibility: From the downstairs entrance, the facility is wheelchair accessible.
