First Watch - Blue Springs

We had breakfast 8-8-21. Covid is on the rise. We ate in the terrace, and it was GREAT!! The million dollar bacon is a treat. I prefer bacon real crispy) The Ricotta pancakes with lemon curd and strawberries were good. Our server was wonderful, I really wish I knew her name. She came to the table several times to check on us and left the water so we could refill our water glasses. I will definitely return to the B.S. site. Thanks for the great service

This morning was another great experience with eating at First Watch. I always get the Pesto Chicken Power Bowl. Someday, I’d love the recipe. I also love that they have Gluten-free bread now. This location had a newer vibe. It was really enjoyable.

I tried several articles on their menu and loved everything I cost. Great place for a traditional or healthy breakfast.

This is one of my favorite restaurants! The menu has a little of everything, so it is easy to go with family and friends with care that someone is unable to find something. I regularly go to brunch, the whole family loves eating even my teenagers. There are elements on the menu that are gluten-free or can be changed to be gluten-free. I recommend you register online for the waiting list before you go to the restaurant, otherwise weekend waiting times can be up to 30 minutes. We always report online before leaving the house and usually wait about 5 10mins once checked.

I was a little skeptical at first as the wait was rather long however it was WORTH IT! The food was delicious and staff was kind. Pictured is the barbacoa birria egg Benedict
