Little Caesars Pizza - Blue Springs

Ordered a fresh large, thin crust cheese and a large thin crust parfoni and 8 wings. I got the pizzas fresh, but my wings were in a warmer position for an hour. I asked for my money on the wings, but they took the whole job and didn't let me take the pizza. not to mention, I have tried to hang the load over 13 times in the last hour, will not recommend 0 of 1000 worst customer service experience ever

Actually insane, we ordered the pizza at 9:05 sat in our car until 9:20 to wait like they said to, walked in to ask how much longer it would’ve been and i had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to even notice my existence, and after all that they made the wrong pizza so i will definitely not be coming back and i suppose others do the same, and they said i couldn’t get my money back because “a manager wasn’t there” so just a great experience overall

Fantastic…raised prices a little bit ago like every where else. Still the cheapest fast food pizza in the industry…keep it up

Had a big order got it out in a few minutes. Never had any issues with the service or quality of food.

I ordered a cheese pizza and Italian cheese bread through the drive through. Though I did not order the sauce, they charged me $1 anyway. When I went in for a refund I was told they had to refund the whole order and ring it up again, and it would take a week to be refunded back to my card. Yet it only took a few seconds to over charge me. Check your receipts!
