Wendy's - Blue Springs

Really nice when the manager messes up your order, charges you for extra items, then when you present the receipt. Lies to you tells you it was just the way the system shows it on the reciept, when at the window they asked me if the extra items were part of my order(I said no) then charge me for them after handing me what I ordered. I didn't think 1 medium combo costs 18$. The extra 6$ wasn't worth the jail time or this would have been handled differently.

It was busy, shortstaffed, tables could have been cleaned. However, the cashier was kind and helpful.

Horrible. This place has went down hill. Ordered a biggie bag large fry and drink. Well guess what sandwich cold cheese won't melt on it. Bun harder than a rock. Got small fries not large. Nuggets burnt. Top it off order taker being rude after took order as I sat to wait on food. Just attitude and food here stinks and won't be back ever again

If I could give zero stars I would. The people are rude. The customer service is non existent. When they gave us our food, they only gave us half of it and the other half that we had to go back for was ice cold. They gave us dirty looks the whole time we were trying to fix out order, and then threw the food at us. Do not recommend this wendys.
