Feedback gevenOur second visit here and the food doesn't disappoint. Both visits, weeks apart, we ordered frozen margaritas and they came back and said the machine broken. Really?? It was later in the evening so maybe they didn't want to refill it?? Just seemedodd. We'll go back though as food and service are good.
It was happy hour so we all ordered the happy hour drinks, even asked and doubled checked to make sure we ordered drinks from happy hour menu on wall. We had a long wait to get our food, when we did get it one person in our party did not get their meal.We kept asking when it was coming, it finally came out 10 minutes after everyone else had finished their meal. When we got ourbills both got over charged, and not the happy hour prices, had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to adjust the bill. Noapologies acted like it was our fault. Needless to say we will not be going back.
LaHa used to be one of our Go-to-Spots, as students at the USCB, happy to see that it is exactly the way I remembered! Fun spot for a drink and some snacks at the bar. Great beer selection, and the cranberry margarita was great. Tons of vegetarian options!
This place has been my go-to for nachos for the past five years. They've always been tasty and served in generous portions. However, during my last two visits, there was no cheese sauce on the nachos at all. I had to order an extra side of queso just to get some cheese. This shouldn't happen, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Once I added the cheese sauce, the nachos were absolutely delicious!
The food was great, but the prices for whiskey were surprisingly high compared to other restaurants in the plaza. During our visit, there was a birthday party taking place. When we were ready to settle our bill, the staff brought out the cake for the party, and then the entire floor staff disappeared for over 15 minutes. This made it difficult for us to close out our tab, and I wouldn’t have been shocked if other guests decided to leave without paying. While there were plenty of staff members, and they were friendly, it might be a good idea to appoint someone as a floor supervisor to ensure that all guests receive quality service, not just those attending the party.
