Note that the franchisee here, MOTO, not only charges more than a typical Costa on the high street (as might be expected) but ALSO doesn't give or accept Costa rewards – a case of shareholders of a foreign company benefitting at the expense of British consumers once again!! Staff pleasant, but eating area rather drab. Parking: Parking free only if staying less than 2 hours. Really poor service. Rude staff even they've mixed our order! Not recommended at all.

Pleasant server but the Barrista was not up to scratch. When they pulled the shot half missed the cup so it was weak and watery. Truly awful coffee, there is a Costa express machine in WH Smith which will be consistent at least.
