Carmela Coffee Company - Boca Raton

I ordered the Caprese* avocado toast. The bread was good, and so were the tomato and mozzarella. The avocado tasted unpleasant- it must have come from the plastic packages, not fresh. I also wasn't expecting a pesto dressing on top, I was only expecting the balsamic glaze.

I’ve been to Parkland location many times. I love the avocado toast and the lavender latte. I was happy to see the west Boca location today . I decided to try something different . I opted for one of their bowls.Therefore, I was shocked when I got my bowl. To say, I was disappointed is an understatement. This review got three stars but the bowl itself got one star five stars for the latte and the service. The bowl I ordered consisted of 2 tablespoons of hummus, 3 tablespoons of arugula, 2 tablespoons of quinoa, tablespoon of cut up olives , a few cucumbers, and a handful of tomatoes. It was pitiful to look at. I hate the feeling that I threw away money.There was literally no food on the plate . I wish I took a picture . It was worth $3 .Felt like they stole my money today and just made me angry .My latte and bowl to over $20 with tip ??

Really enjoyed the coffee at Carmela‘s. The service was super accommodating and the people are very nice!

Recently stumbled upon this cute coffee shop when in the area to meet a friend. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The food blew us away we ordered an omelet and a croissant sandwich and both were delicious and beautifully presented. We weren’t expecting a restaurant quality meal from a coffee shop! Coffee and baked goods were also top notch. Everything the clean, and the atmosphere was nice with a lot of attention to detail.

This is an amazing place to sit down and get some work done or study. Very relaxing vibes on the inside, the service was amazing I absolutely loved it. Their coffee was super good too!
