I like the food, but it's really frustrating to order ahead in the mobile app and still have to wait 30 mins for your food. What is the point of ordering ahead? People who walked in got their food much faster. This has happened to me the last 3 times I've come here. Please staff for your known busy times. You obviously have data from your mobile app.

Açaí bowls are great for lunch, juices are amazing. Staff is very nice. Take advantage of the rewards program.

Not a fan of Boise Juice for Açaí bowls. I ordered a large Berry On, no modifications. The bowl barely came up to the top, while others were overflowing. Couldn't taste the almond butter at all. The bottom was filled with so much granola that there was hardly any of the actual açaí mix in the middle. The granola and bananas should be a complement to the açaí mixture, not overwhelm it and be half of the bowl.

How does it take over an hour to make one of the simplest things on the planet? There's bad at what you do, than there's this. What a waste of time and money.
