2 times in a row chip has missed my delivery window. Both times I've had to call them. Both times they've said something is wrong with computers. Both times now I've waited and waited, and then have to wait even longer waiting for refunds to process. Terrible customer service.
Last week the company I work for ordered a bunch of these. They were awesome. We had some left over (which was shocking) so I brought some home. My family took a bite and they loved them as well. I had never heard of Chip before but wow, I'll be there soon.
Love your cookies, but unfortunately the service is awful! I’ve tried to give you a couple chances, but each time I order it’s the same. Zero communication, at least this time I received an email confirmation (last time I didn’t even get that and there wasn’t even a record of my order when I called). Each time I’ve ordered, I’ve had to call. This time I wasn’t able to select a delivery time. I don’t know if they’re coming or even at all?! I wanted to make sure that I’m home when they get delivered, so I tried calling and can’t even get through. Left a message and still haven’t heard back. Tried calling again with no luck. Every time the delivery is always later than stated, which I can understand and overlook if there was good communication to give me a heads up. Honestly, I’m not sure how you manage to stay in business with such poor service?
