Feedback gevenI get crazy disappointed when I drive 7 hours for their food and I order meals to bring back to Washington with me and they don’t put chicken on either one of my salads. Maybe I should have checked before I left town. But if you order a salad that has chicken in it I don’t think I should have to check that before I leave.
Found a hair in my protein bowl. Also the men’s bathroom was very dirty. I’m avoiding this location from now on.
I waited 5 minutes by the pick up side of the line while 3 employees walked around talking to each other. I saw my online pickup order on the other side of the table. I took one step (behind the table) to grab my online order that was just sitting there. And then an employee finally addresses me saying “don’t step back here ask for help”. As a customer I don’t want to ask for help. I want the employees to ask how they can help me instead of ignoring me for 5 mins then.
We ordered takeout for the 3rd time, and for the 3rd time, they lost our order that we called in. We were originally blaming the delivery people. This time, we went to go get it and the same story. Save yourself, please don 't do takeout here
I wish I would’ve got the names of the 2 guys who made my food that were working tonight (Tuesday, 5/28) my food was so good!! My visit tonight was the BEST experience I’ve had at a chain restaurant since before the pandemic. I could tell when I got home with my food that they actually cared about the quality, which is ultra-rare these days! They both deserve a whopping raise, because your store just gained a regular customer. I will be coming back very soon! Top notch and a great value, I wish I could give 10 stars. I am really that impressed! *I just wish there wasn’t so much plastic packaging to go along with each meal… it’s convenient, sure. But not sustainable!
