Rancheros One - Bolton

I ordered takeout for my family tonight from this restaurant's website, which is still functioning despite the establishment being closed. After checking the phone ordering data, it was discovered that the place was actually closed. This left our family of four children without dinner, which is a disgrace. Taking money from customers when the business is not operational is unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident.

The waiter used the same cloth to wipe the sweat from his head before using it to clean the dishes. We ordered cheese, tomato, and garlic, but it took 35 minutes to receive our almost cold food. The service was so slow that the British railway would have been faster. We finally received our order 5 minutes after we arrived home. The garlic bread was so hard it could have been used as a frisbee. The staff did not wear gloves while preparing the food, which was concerning. Overall, the cleanliness and speed of service left much to be desired.

I can highly recommend the huh tikka kebab, which is so good that I tend to keep to the same dish every time I visit. I'm told the pizzas are also very good. the big kebab costs £6.50 it is interesting to...Note that by ordering a mixed kebab they get free chips!

The service at this restaurant was absurd. The waiter seemed more interested in his phone than taking our order. When we politely asked him to take our order, he started shouting at us. He claimed it was his business and he could do what he wanted. We decided to leave and will not be returning. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The order was completely wrong as they gave us a 7up instead of a garlic bread and they gave my a disaster of a chicken wrap as I asked for plain they put mountains of onions and put it in a nan bread what was...falling to pieces and the chicken was tiny ,I refused to eat it and I don't recommend this place
