This is the Best chippy for miles around. Proper fish and chip shop. Great authentic Chinese food. Worth the wait.......

I was very disappointed with the Chinese food at this restaurant. The dishes were bland and lacked flavor. I ordered the special fried rice and chicken in chili and garlic sauce with egg fried rice, but was not impressed. I do not plan on returning.

We have visited this restaurant a few times and have always enjoyed the good food they serve. It is a cash-only establishment and there can be long queues at times, but it is worth the wait. In the past, we have tried their delicious range of high-quality Chinese dishes, but this time we were in the mood for some British food. We ordered two fish and chips meals with a side of unique mushy peas, which cost us around £14. The fish was large and tasty, and the chips were perfectly cooked. While we may not dine here frequently, this meal was very enjoyable and satisfying.

My experience at this restaurant was not good. The food was overpriced and gave me a bad stomach. The chips were soggy and the pie seemed like it was reheated. Overall, I found the place to be overrated.

Our usual Chinese takeaway has gone downhill so we were on the lookout for a new one. This was a recommendation and turned out to be really good – it will definitely be our replacement! One complaint would be that we ordered over the phone and were told the food would be 15 to 20 minutes. As it was, it turned out to be over 40 minutes but we would just order earlier next time. The food itself was excellent. Fresh, delicious and really big portions. We tried a couple of straightforward dishes this time but would definitely go for something more adventurous with our next order. You need to collect from the chip shop itself which gets busy but it is definitely worth driving to and collecting.
