Congratulations also to Gianni that in entertaining guests is sublime. As a second we have nangiato a pig with an excellent crispness Councilively.
We stayed in Su Forraghe for lunch: to welcome a very nice gentleman who made us sit, very attentive to the customer and his needs. He began to bring us water and wine and appetizers, to follow a lasagna to the ragù di bue rosso and the lamb lonzellato with cannonau that was the end of the world accompanied by potatoes, to conclude an excellent seada. All sublime: true Sardinian flavors and all of its own production. Congratulations to the chef who at the end of lunch made sure that we were all satisfied: and how not to be! Quality SUPER price! Great lunch with friends. Excellent local products cooked with mastery by chef Stefano. Also excellent value for money. I recommend it.
Quality, abundance and courtesy are the three words that best sum up this culinary experience. Every dish of meat is prepared with raw material of animals bred by the owner of the structure and cooked with skill, to underline the experience of pork with potatoes will be unforgettable. The courses are not chosen on paper but a pre-established route is planned that starts from the appetizers to reach the sweet, bitter and coffee, water and wine are included in the price. To those who eat there in the evening I recommend to stay light at lunch because the courses and the quantities are very generous, as they are a good part of the Sardinians. Enjoy!
We booked to chew the pig. Really nice place and kitchen at the top. All products of their production with a lot of explanation from the owner who comes to the tables. All included. It's worth it
