However, it did take a bit longer than expected for my order to be ready; there was only one other person waiting when I arrived, and it took around 15 minutes for my food to come out. While the wait seemed a bit excessive given the low traffic, the food was enjoyable! It may not be the best teriyaki I’ve ever had, but it was definitely a satisfying experience. The egg rolls were crispy, and the California rolls were a decent size and quite tasty. However, the portion size of the combination platter was smaller than what I'm used to, and I would have liked a bit more teriyaki chicken. On the positive side, the chicken katsu was crispy and flavorful. My wife wasn't thrilled with her donburi due to the abundance of onions, so if you're not a fan of onions, you might want to skip that option! Overall, it was a good experience.

I had one of the best beef teriyaki plates ever. Everything was fresh and made to order. The highlight was the Christian music playing in the restaurant. I will definitely be going back!

This is the best teriyaki food in Pierce County! The family running the place is incredibly friendly. The food is outstanding, and the restaurant is clean, spacious, and offers great value. I wholeheartedly recommend Honto II Teriyaki every time!

One of the best Teriyaki places I've ever been! It is clean, fresh and delicious!! I could say that everything we had was made by scratches with the freshest ingredients. The food was tasteful! I liked the vegetable tempura hot and crispy!

My daughter really wanted ramen so we stopped in and I'm glad we did! Very friendly staff and very quick service! My daughter said the ramen was amazingly delicious! We will definitely be back!
