Chimi V's Fajita Factory - Bossier City

Carne Asada Taqueria and Carnitas Taqueria is where it's at! The restaurant is clean and they have pretty good service. Decor is kinda weird.

So... this is my first time at CVs. Overall I like it ok. We had chicken fajitas and asada enchilada. Both entrees were good, but not astounding. Did not care for the vinegar in the pico or the beans. The rice tasted odd to me. Cheese for fajitas seemed old as it was somewhat hard. Tortillas were fresh and soft and I loved them. Our server was attentive and very nice. I wouldn't mind coming back but wouldn't break my neck to either.

I love Chimi V's!. I've eaten there several times. It's a long way for me to drive from my house in Shreveport, but well worth it.I love Mexican food, pizza, fried chicken, etc., and some places are getting old and tasteless to me. The first time I went to Chimi V's the service was excellent and the cook came out and offered us some free appetizers that he was trying out for the first time. They were delicious. Last time we went we found them on the new menu and they were as good as the first time. Pork on flat bread. Again the service was excellent. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I really enjoy going to chimi's. I go once a week.I really like this place to go sit with a friend be able to eat and chat and not feel rushed. John is always my server and he is so awesome. The management really cares about the guest so if you have a bad experience speak with a manager. I never have bad food or bad service but agree that the charro beans and salsa have been bland lately. It was prefect when Jared was making it. So hopefully he will show them how to do it right. I go so much. I know the entire staff.

Wednesday was ladies drink free till 7. Would like to say I was impressed with the meal before the drinks kicked in and then the experience became even better. : . Server was fantastic. Bathrooms were clean. Pork carnitas were on the bone and the meat fell off. It had a smokey flavor. Tortillas were homemade and had a wonderful flavor. Beans were good. Will definitely go back... If not only to get the carnitas again!!!
