Four Seasons One Dalton Street - Boston

We had brunch. Staff did a great job making sure everyone was pleased. Very nice presentation. Great atmosphere. Would visit again.

I wish I could say better things about my brunch experience here but was hugely disappointed to celebrate a birthday here. Hostess and server with beautiful earrings were great but our main server rushed us and didn?t acknowledge the birthday beingcelebrated as written on the reservation. Food was edible but no stand outs which is surprising for the new Four Seasons. Theworst realization was that I ate and they served EXPIRED mini nutella jars. It seems that the brunch experience here iscareless. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Boston was our final stop before returning to the UK. Right from the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. The team who greet you outside are so professional. Check in was perfect. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The bar area is relaxed and again very attentive staff. Great location. The Trolley Hop on Hop off stop is about 100 feet from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The amazing staff made a vacation an amazing vacation! If you are going to Boston for business or pleasure, you must stay at the Four Seasons at One Dalton! Yes, I know, Four Seasons' are known for their service, but One Dalton is over the top. The entire staff is fabulous, they made my little boy feel so special he cried when we left. From the amenities to the property, a must stay!!!

Overall we had a great stay at One Dalton. Both Joseph and Hilary greeted us with outstanding service. We were traveling with our small dog and they really went above and beyond to take care of her. We were using the Amex fine resorts program which allows for 12pm check in but our room wasn’t ready until almost 4 so we ended up hanging out in the lobby for a while. However, The room was beautiful once we were allowed access. We do plan to come back.
