It's officially six minutes after their opening time and they have customers waiting in the cold outside as they were late with checking inventory. One was even having breakfast on the side and all were aware that the door was locked, and again, it is incredibly chilly outside. I genuinely wish they at least acknowledged the delay, apologized, and offered for customers to wait inside. I wish I could give zero stars because that was truly unprofessional beyond belief. They add too much sauce, often forget the bread for online orders, and didn’t know the recipe in the chicken tostada bowl.

Genuinely one of the worst food delivery services, I have been waiting 3.5 hours for my meal and no update. I contacted customer service several times and I can't speak with anyone, their texting service does NOT work and they just tell you that they are busy looking for a courier. I do not care, I just want my food. Incredibly irresponsible company and you can't even get a refund if you tried. I guess this is what I get for trying to eat healthy.

This place was phenomenal! Great menu plenty of options and the 2 bowls we got were so delicious! Staff was also very nice. Also the prices were reasonable for the amount of food you get

Angelica is super nice knowledgeable and she put all this good energy into my food. Absolute great experience this girl needs a raise.
