We went with a group for my birthday on Saturday. The food and cocktails are delicious. However, we got absolutely horrible service. It took 40 minutes to get my first cocktail after I ordered it. We had to constantly ask for the same things multiple times. After dinner, we had reserved the karaoke room what a beautiful room!! We had SO much fun, I definitely recommend it. However, again, we were told there would be service for drinks and after 30 minutes we decided to just get our drinks at the bar. When the waitress finally came, it took 45 minutes before we got our first drink order and we just ended up cancelling the second one because our 2 hour reservation was almost over and we still did not have our drinks.
