Beans Brews Coffeehouse - Bountiful

Service was not great. They forgot my order. Made it 25 minutes later and just sat it on the counter. Then ignored me when I asked for condiments.

Beans and Brews over Starbucks 9 days outta the week. Frozen Mr. B’s and pickle ball on a sunny day is such a good combo!

They messed my order up twice. Thankfully they were kind enough to fix

I have always loved beans and brews since I moved to Bountiful this is the first time I've had a bad experience. They gave me a cold brew with strawberry flavoring and they didn't offer cream or anything else to the drink. Probably my mistake for not asking but I thought it was common sense to add that with flavoring when it came to a coffee. It also may just be the people who were working that shift. They also did not communicate with me at all in the drive thru and I just felt confused the whole time. The gal at the window had major RBF and gave me lots of weird looks. It hasn't put me off completely from the franchise, but it will definitely change how I feel going next time.

This location is the reason why I don't go to beans and brews anymore. The baristas are lazy and inconsistent and your cup of coffee tends to come with buyers remorse. I decided to give beans and brews another chance today and my revolver was not only unmixed, but they couldn't even be bothered to fill the cup all of the way. Money spent here is money wasted.
