Keva Juice Utah - Bountiful

Love the smoothies but worse “team” in the service industry. Don’t bother calling in a smoothie because they won’t answer even after SIX TIMES OF CALLING. Then I went in and the store was dead. I asked if they don’t do call ins anymore and the lady said “no, we do someone might have just missed the phone” which I replied “six times?” She starkly replied “yeah most likely”….worst service ever!

This is our go to breakfast place in town. They have healthy smoothies, they have protein smoothies, they have smoothies that taste like milkshakes. Usually my kids can share one because they’re large and the kids don’t finish the whole thing. I can finish the whole thing. The staff in here is friendly and they are fast. And if you get to know them very well they can have your order ready before you arrive. 5 stars ️ all the way

OK I love Keva Juice. It's delicious and my favorite is the Keva Colada. I didn't mind the 15 minute wait because they were busy and only had two people. However, these two girls were zombies and obviously hated either their job or each other. No talking, no friendliness, poor customer service skills. The girl would take money, make drinks, touch straws and not once did she wash her hands! I would have given 5 stars had the employees had a different attitude and more cleanliness.

This location doesn’t have as many flavors on the menu compared to other Keva Juice locations, slow service, and only serves 24oz servings,but still better than Jamba Juice
