Had a meal here during February half-term. It was recommended by a friend so we dropped by on the evening we arrived. Probably wouldn't have tried it if we hadn't been told as it looks more like and American-style bar. The carafe of house wine was lovely and not too expensive. Pizzas were lovely with wood baked bases and plenty of choice of topping. Burgers were really tasty with delicious meat and loads of different choices of fillings. Fries were lovely, rustic with the skins on. I had mushroom ravioli which looked small when it came but it was so rich and tasty I could hardly finish it, loads of buttery mushroom filling backed into soft spinach pasta, washed down with a lovely glass of red, just what you need after a long drive down to the Alps. This restaurant is tucked away in the corner and much cheaper than the other ones on the main drag. Really attentive and friendly staff too. We tried other places but ended up going back here on a further two occasions during our visit. I had the mushroom ravioli again on the second visit but on the final visit decided to try the entrecôte, which at 17 euro came in far cheaper than other restaurants. It was delicious! Nice size, tender and lovely flavour meat served with a rice mushroom sauce in a small jug on the side and not poured all over so you could see the quality of the meat. It was served with loads of rustic fries and tasted perfect. This really was a great place to eat. Very relaxed and casual but definitely the best value around. This place is a must if you are eating out in Les Arc, especially if you are a larger party, with hungry teenagers and you don't want to pay through the nose for a meal.
Only came upon this pub two days before we went home, but what a find. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The owner was very friendly. Good selection of beers.
Rating this 2 stars because we were ignored for 20 minutes with not even a drink order being taken so gave up and went elsewhere. a shame as the food looked delicious but 2 staff covering all the service was not enought. Might be better not on a Friday night and if you book/arrive earlier but no real excuse for ignoring people even when you're busy
Towards the end of the strip in Les Arcs and therefore a little quieter. We only went because they had the space for a large group and in hindsight we are very glad we did. Pizzas (4 cheese) and Burgers (Rosti) were excellent. Pizza size was huge. Good value and good service. Pretty damn good!
