This Manager still does not get how to speed up the drive through, orders slightly wrong between ordering and window. Maybe if they would type it in and show on the display so the customer can see it would help. Then just to add to the sad experience the drive thru window not only being poorly designed on a weird angle the overhang was dripping (pouring rain water right into your window as you wait for your order to be corrected. Just a suggestion for poor money strapped Tim Hortons get a cell phone booster for your drive thru so that your app will work and people will have a better experience loading the offers Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
