B.c. Pizza Of Boyne City

This pizza is great! Tasty crust, gooey cheese. Reasonable prices given the quality . Play area was a bit dirty, but still a nifty idea

We have been reviving our BC pizza for 10 years. we love the delivery to the house! and that almost always great food! tonight I told my man that I am about it. I get the occasional missing sauce! or the undercooked chicken spun roll! but we had to go dreckhuops tonight to get my chicken dish delivered. that was “not on our order”, as we were told! once my man has expressed several times, we never complain and we do not look for the “free food” and told him that the options that were given us via the phone were not on the bc menu online he went throwing our entire order and said what we have in the house, there is currently not too nearly $70! we just want what we paid for. finally almost after 15mins! the manager said our order was on the way! less than 10 minutes (my man was on the phone longer with the administration than it took to deliver) we received it with the delivery and it was only about cold! that tells me it was forgotten! I'm getting mistakes! but stand up! and do not try to make their customers look like a liar! I would hope that it will take a good day longer to prep,cook and deliver! for a $13 chicken bowl (as my manager said) I most certainly expected better!

0 StarsComplete disorganization. Ordered pepperoni pizzas at 8:30 and didn't get the pizzas until 9:45. Was told that it would be 30 mins, but when I went to grab the pizzas, there were 6 people I could see on staff. Only 1 girl at the front, drowning in phone orders trying her best to get people through the line. The other 5 people in the back never came forward to help the line or get orders out. There was a line of to-go orders ready, but no names were being called out. Multiple people were waiting for their orders, only to find out they had been ready and just sitting in the back.The number of times I saw the 5 employees from the back walk out into the lobby to get refills or chit-chat while orders were waiting, was embarrassing.
