Sushi Simon - Boynton Beach

The staff was very welcoming and kind when we came in. Everyone said hi and was smiling. The sushi was just funky though. The soup was good. Just wasn't for me. Left pretty much two rolls on the plate when leaving.Food: 2/5

We have ordered the same rolls from Sushi Simon a couple of times. This time, upon arrival, they were nice enough to have our table all set up with the food ready waiting for us, which was nice. One of the rolls was good as always, app good but this time, the 24/7 roll had masago fish eggs all over it, which it has never had in the past and is also not that way according to the menu, so this roll should not have fish eggs on it unless specifically requested. When we brought it to the waitresses as well as the managers' attention, they insisted that fish eggs were always on this roll. We told them that they have not been on there in the past and should not be on there since it is not specified on the menu that way. My husband hates fish eggs. He was trying to scrape them all off as they were loaded! They not only didn't offer to replace his roll with a correctly made one according to their menu that he would enjoy eating, but refused to and argued with us. We walked out paying for that roll when they should have re made it correctly for him. I gave only 2 . One is for the table setup and one for the other roll, which was fine, but now, as regular take out customers, we will not be returning. I am not one to leave reviews, but their stubbornness and arguementive demeanor caused them to lose us as regular customers.

During our first visit to Sushi Simon, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the excellent service provided by Jackie. The atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed miso soup, an organic ginger salad, and the house’s spicy tuna jalapeño roll. The presentation of the dishes was impressive, but it was the incredible flavors that truly stood out. Since we live nearby, I can’t believe I hadn’t discovered this hidden gem sooner! The delicious food, attentive service, and welcoming ambiance make it a place we will definitely return to. Until next time, Qb n Cb.

My husband and I have been visiting this restaurant for a few years, and it has consistently been our favorite spot for date nights. Without a doubt, it's the best sushi we've ever tasted. The service is excellent; the staff is always friendly, and the food never disappoints. They offer a fantastic variety of rolls, and the specialty rolls are among our favorites, especially the Crazy Lucy soup! Food rating: 5/5.

The soft shell crab sushi is incredibly fresh—definitely a must-try! I will certainly be back. Rating: 5/5.
