I recently moved into the area after being near the Bowen Hills store. I was delighted to see i’d have one nearby. I was going to the Bowen Hills GYG most mornings, so much so that they recognised my voice and knew my order. After my first, second and third order I can say that delight has very much so faded. The iced latte is in a large paper cup and anyone that drinks iced lattes know the cup goes soggy. After each one i’d get 3/4 way through and think it had an odd taste, I confirmed the following time that they in fact use sugar syrup which is a very outdated practice and most contemporary coffee shops won’t do this. The guac on toast was as much of a let down as the coffee, I asked for spicy and just got one jalapeño on top, they couldn’t go to the effort of cutting it and sprinkling it over? Each time I get different a product. The consistency is just not there and you never know what you are going to get. I can’t forget to mention that each time their scanner isn’t charged and we have to read our card number.

I don't often eat take out but decided tonight my husband is on night shift, I'm cooking for Christmas and as I had to go to Coles it was convenient. I ordered 1 shredded beef Burrito. I get home and unwrap it and begin eating absolutely no salad. There's rice and meat, a couple of black beans and 7 pieces of diced tomato which does not constitute salad that's it, so I look at the menu online maybe this is what I ordered. Yes in the picture th4ere is definitely salad. I try to ring Rochedale and the phone number listed is incorrect or even trying it through skype does not work. Is this normal? Having eaten Burritos in Mexico this is not what I was expecting or paid for some flavourless wrap.

I don’t know how they can’t get an order right all I ask for was me and cheese when they added tomato and onion. I am allergic to tomato had to throughout the whole order. Food: 1
