Double Golden Dragon Restaurant

I had the worst Chinese food at Double Golden Dragon. Despite advertising 40 different dishes, they only had 4 available, each with only 2 small scoops. The portion size was inadequate for both our group and the other family in the restaurant. It was challenging to book a table as the phone numbers provided were incorrect, forcing us to search online. The dessert offered was jelly and store-bought lamingtons, the coke was warm, and the promised water never arrived. The food tasted stale and old, prompting us to leave and buy kebabs elsewhere. This dining experience was the worst, and we are so disappointed that we will warn others about the low quality and high risk of dining at this restaurant.

Although I typically don't write reviews, I feel compelled to make an exception in this case. I made the mistake of purchasing a LivingSocial deal for 40 dishes of authentic Chinese cuisine for $44 for two people. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I quickly realized that I had made a grave error. The limited selection of dishes offered cannot be accurately described as Chinese cuisine; in fact, it could be seen as an insult to China. The quality of the food was extremely poor. Based on my experience, I doubt this restaurant will remain open for much longer. Avoid at all costs.

Had heard bad reviews but thought we would give them a chance. The food had gone down from 2 Bain maries to just 1 with very little food in it. But the price hadn't dropped. The food was cold, the soup was cold. The dishes were sticky. We complained and was advised that more food was coming. We waited and tried another couple of dishes and they were cold also. Complained again and was told the same thing. 1 dish did come out but only 1. We complained again and strongly stated the food was cold and at that temperature it should not be consumed. The staff did not even check the temperature of the food. So we got up and left with empty stomachs and empty wallets. Disgusted.

Don't eat here as you can see by the pic this just a bowl and another had a bug in it and it was very dirty Don't Eat here

My wife and I went there paid for our meals , get to table the plates were all dirty , finally found some cleanish ones , go to the buffet , no food in that was so ever , so we went and got refunds and walked out , DONT BOTHER GOING THERE ! This was a Saturday night at 630p,
