Feedback gevenI visited for the first time to get five chai tea lattes, and it seemed like they only had five drinks ready in total. When I got home, I noticed that each drink was only a third full and they hadn't been mixed properly. I'm not sure what the issue was, but it took them a long time to prepare my order as well.
I only ordered one vanilla cream calf, but I mistakenly ended up with four. The drive-thru system was just too efficient for my own good! But no worries—Braw is delicious!
The service and food at the restaurant were excellent. However, the parking situation and drive-thru are quite poor. I felt uneasy walking through the parking lot.
This place is brutal. prepare to wait 20 minutes in the car thru. absolutely brutal. the owner has to join.
