Dunkin' - Braintree

Horrible experience, Kate, who took my order, has a nasty attitude and is low-key prejudice. Beware.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in south shore. The manager Kat is 100% on drugs she’s rude unprofessional. The fact that she has her job still is questionable says a lot about whoever runs this establishment.

Friendly staff but I always order online and request extra bacon on my sandwich and they forget about 75% of the time. They also forget to put cream cheese in the bag…kinda frustrating for a tipping regular but that’s how most Dunkin are.

The iced coffee here is different! I dont know if its just me but the iced coffee here is a lot better than the other dunkin that i have been to.

All the same no better no worse. Donuts are frozen shipped in nuked or melted fresh for a couple of hours. They at one time sold coffee.
