Frollz - Braintree

Totally gross. The kiosk was dirty and they didn 't clean the stone between orders. I got the chocolate and it tasted nothing like chocolate (more like strawberry syrup). The girl making my ice cream also messed up the rolls and I ended up paying $7 for a cup full of chocolate shards. I had my boyfriend taste it and he agreed that it was nasty. Three bites and it was thrown away. Never again.

Customer service is key, and if I'm asking you to change your gloves, don't insist that you already did when my child and I clearly saw the situation. I remarked that it was both disgusting and unsanitary, but he became defensive and still refused to change them. In the end, I decided to leave and take my daughter to Ben and Jerry's instead. Thank you, Frollz, for your rude attitude and unacceptable hygiene practices.

I was shopping at the mall with my mom, and I suddenly craved some ice cream. The shop was close by, but unfortunately, it had already closed. However, a kind man asked me what I would like, and I requested the cookies and cream sundae. It was served quickly and tasted great. I absolutely love this place! ❤️

The service was friendly and the ice cream options were intriguing. My friend and I ordered Oreo sundaes, while my son opted for chocolate ice cream with no toppings. Our sundaes featured vanilla ice cream topped with one Oreo and hot fudge. They were decent, but a bit pricey. My son enjoyed his chocolate ice cream, and they gave him a discount since it had no toppings. I had never seen ice cream chopped up on a counter before, which my daughter found fascinating.
